Founding attorney Sharon C. Stodghill has over 15 years of experience helping individuals, families and businesses throughout Houston, the Spring / Memorial areas, Sugar Land, or anywhere in Harris, Fort Bend or Montgomery counties with estate administration and planning needs, financial matters and business planning. She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an honor reserved for those attorneys who can satisfy stringent educational and experience requirements. In addition to her legal practice, she frequently speaks at seminars to teach other lawyers about the intricacies of estate planning, estate administration and tax matters.
John T. Elliott is an estate planning, probate and guardianship attorney. He enjoys communicating with clients to understand their questions or concerns and providing advice and assistance to meet their needs. John T. Elliott recently completed the extensive requirements to receive his Certified Financial Planner™ certification. By obtaining this certification, he can better assist clients in estate planning, meeting overall financial goals and protecting their assets.
